View lists

You can create lists to approve, decline, or watch transactions that you believe are good or fraudulent, or might need further investigation. Create a list based on the information provided in one of the following attributes:

  • Email | Full domain name
  • Credit card | Encrypted number
  • Customer | Email address
  • Customer | Phone
  • IP
  • BIN | Number
  • Customer | Full name and shipping postal code concatenated
  • Shipping address | Street, building number, postal code concatenated
  • Customer | ID as per merchant
  • Billing address | Street, building number, postal code concatenated
  • Transaction | Funding source
  • Hotel | Channel

Learn more about each of them in Discover attributes. Use the search function to find the attributes in the list.

Fraugster assesses all incoming transactions and applies lists you created after the AI analysis.

  • Transactions hit by an list receive the decision .
  • Transactions hit by a list receive the decision .
  • Transactions hit by a list don't receive any decision. If no other list or rule hits this transaction, it's approved by default.

Priority

When multiple lists hit a transaction, we apply the following logic to determine which list should take priority. It's also important to understand the relationship between rules and lists when it comes to taking a decision:

  • Approve lists take priority over decline lists.
  • Lists have priority over rules.

To view your lists, go to Lists in the side navigation.

New lists or lists with a pending new version are marked with the label next to their name. New or modified lists start affecting live transactions only after an Admin or a Senior Analysts confirms them. If an existing list has a pending version, it continues to perform normally until the changes are confirmed.

Deleted lists receive the label next to their name. Deleted lists don’t have any impact on live transactions.
