Settings
Admin user profiles
If you have a Fraugster account with Admin rights, you can configure the following settings to reflect the needs of your organization.
- Password expiration
- Automatic logout
- Global two-factor authentication
If you want user passwords to expire, choose how often that should happen. Password expiration affects all users in your organization. To configure password expiration period:
- Go to Admin → Settings in the side navigation.
- Type how often passwords should expire in Password expiration. Choose a number of days from 1 to 365. If you don’t want user passwords to expire, set the number of days to 0.
- Confirm with Update settings.
You can choose how fast a user gets logged out of the system due to inactivity. To configure the automatic logout time:
- Go to Admin → Settings in the side navigation.
- Set the inactivity time that causes automatic logout in Automatic logout. Choose a number of minutes from 60 to 1,440.
- Confirm with Update settings.
As an Admin, you can apply two-factor authentication (2FA) globally for all accounts. If you do so, all users will be required to use 2FA to log in to their Fraugster account.
2FA adds an extra layer of security to your Fraugster account and helps you keep your account safe. We recommend you keep it enabled at all times.
To enable global 2FA:
- Log in to your Fraugster account and navigate to Admin → Settings.
- In Global 2FA, toggle the switch to enable the setting. Set an optional due date by which all users are required to complete the 2FA setup. If they don't do it, they won't be able to log in to their account. If you don't set a due date, users will be prompted to complete the 2FA setup by the end of their active session.
Users receive email notifications when 2FA settings are modified for their account.

- In the Security section, select Enable two-factor authentication → Enable authenticator.
